Leadership & Business Coaching

MirandaFounder · CyHerbia Botanical Gardens

“I initially worked with Eleni to strengthen my confidence as a leader, but our coaching quickly became valuable in addressing wider challenges within my business. She supported me through employee retention issues, team dynamics and restructuring, helping me gain clarity and confidence around difficult leadership decisions.

Eleni has a unique ability to see both the person and the business behind the challenge. She gave me practical tools to improve communication, lead more effectively and create a stronger environment for my team. I only wish I had worked with her sooner.”

Emotional Intelligence Training

TIO MarketsTeam training

“Empower Your Essence delivered an Emotional Intelligence training session that gave our team practical insight into self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication and understanding the impact our behaviours can have on others. The training was engaging, relevant to the workplace and provided our employees with tools they could immediately apply in their professional interactions.

The value of the training went beyond simply understanding emotional intelligence as a concept. It encouraged our team to reflect on how they respond under pressure, communicate across different personalities and manage workplace relationships more effectively.”

Corporate Communication & Empowerment

AnaProject Manager · Exness

“I came to Empower Your Essence for support with professional communication and confidence while navigating a challenging workplace environment. Eleni helped me understand my own communication style, establish healthier boundaries and approach difficult conversations with much greater clarity and confidence.

I have worked with coaches before, but this experience was different. Eleni has an incredible ability to understand your individual perspective and make you feel genuinely seen. Her professionalism, empathy and practical approach have made a real difference to how I show up at work.”

Career & Life Coaching

DariaWeb Designer · Mayfair

“I initially came to Empower Your Essence for career coaching while considering my next professional direction. As we worked together, it became clear that some of the challenges I was facing were also connected to wider personal changes, motivation and relocating, so I continued with a combination of life coaching and mentoring.

Eleni helped me gain clarity around my career, improve my communication and rebuild my motivation using practical coaching and NLP-based techniques. Having someone who could support both my professional goals and the personal challenges surrounding them made the coaching experience incredibly valuable.”
